Heartland’s executives have a ton of experience in the most important area: living life to the fullest!

Tom Donelan – President and CEO

Tom and his wife have three children: two boys and a girl, just under four years apart from first to last. Aside from family movie night, they love to bike, ski, and play games together. In the spare time he can scrape together away from work, Tom coaches his son's travel baseball team, crews on a friend’s sail-racing team (mainly to provide ballast), and enjoys creative writing whenever he gets the chance. Tom has a twenty year career in marketing, global sourcing, and in the consumer products industry. A background in all sorts of product categories—including adhesive tape, light bulbs, and snack food---has led to this: a career of fun and games!

Greg Heslin – Executive Vice President

Greg, his wife and three kids love the outdoors. Whether biking, golfing, or boating - if the sun is shining you won't find them sitting around watching TV. And if the sun is not shining, they won't be watching TV either. With a passion for playing cards and hanging out with family, these guys don't even know what channel "American Idol" airs on. You can find Greg and his family enjoying campouts, hiking, biking, and, of course, playing card games! Greg and his family are active in their church, which makes their sense of "family" much larger than most. Greg has worked in consumer products for his whole career-from big companies to his own shop, and he thinks there's nothing better than working as a partner in Heartland. "What work?" he says!
